This notice applies to information submitted through the LanRemoteAssist public website operated by GAAICH Systems, including evaluation-download and business-contact requests.
2. Information collected
We collect the contact, company, role, region, organization-size, evaluation-size and message fields you choose to submit. Security controls may also retain a one-way technical identifier used to limit abusive requests. We do not ask for Windows passwords or license keys in these forms.
3. Purposes
Information is used to process your request, issue controlled evaluation access, provide requested product information, respond to enquiries and maintain website security.
4. Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, security and data storage. Transactional messages may be delivered through the configured email provider. Information is disclosed only as needed to operate these functions or comply with law.
5. Retention and choices
Business enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably required for the request, commercial follow-up, security and legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion through the contact form by selecting “Other enquiry”.
6. Security
Transport is protected with HTTPS. Access to licensing administration is separate from the public website. No internet service can promise absolute security; do not submit secrets through public forms.
